Notice of Public Hearings - O-2017-006 - Annexation

This will serve as legal notice that public hearings have been scheduled for Monday, April 3, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. at the Regular Meeting of the Sevierville Board of Mayor and Aldermen, in the Council Hall of the Sevierville Civic Center, 130 Gary Wade Boulevard, Sevierville, Tennessee 37862. 

These public hearings are to receive public comment on R-2017-005, a resolution adopting a Plan of Services for an area identified as Sevier County Tax Map 72, Parcels 152 (portion lying within the Sevierville Planning Region) proposed for annexation and incorporation within the corporate boundaries of the City of Sevierville, Tennessee, by Annexation Resolution R-2017-006.

Further information on the Plan of Services and Annexation Resolution may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Department of Development at Sevierville City Hall at 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.  Copies of the referenced documents are available at three locations in the City: the Sevierville Community Center (200 Gary Wade Blvd.), Sevierville City Hall (120 Gary Wade Blvd.), and the Sevierville Police Department (300 Gary Wade Blvd.), and at three locations in the annexation area south of the current corporate boundary on Rainbow Road.
