This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on the matter of an ordinance (O-2021-012) to amend the Sevierville Zoning Ordinance regarding transient rentals.

The public hearing will be Monday, August 16, 2021, at 6:00 P.M. at the regularly scheduled Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting. Further information on this proposed ordinance may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Planning & Development Department at Sevierville City Hall by calling 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
